Aubry reportedly showed up on Berry’s doorstep with their 4-year-old daughter Nahla for a custodial hand-off and flipped out when her fiancé made the comment, ‘We have to move on.’
After the fight, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were photographed driving away in their car.
Halle Berry’s estranged baby daddy was taken into custody Thanksgiving morning after a fight broke out at her Hollywood Hills mansion.
“There was an incident at Halle Berry’s residence earlier today. There was an altercation, and as a result, a party was injured and transported to Cedars Sinai Medical Center,” Sgt. Mike Odle of the Los Angeles Police Department told the Daily News.
Gabriel Aubry, 37, was booked on a misdemeanor charge and released on $20,000 bail, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s website.
“The party has been released from the hospital and is in custody,” Odle said.
According to TMZ, Aubry showed up on Berry’s doorstep with their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, for a custodial hand-off and flipped out when her fiancé, actor Olivier Martinez, made the comment, “We have to move on.”
Aubry allegedly pushed Martinez and threw a punch at his face, striking him in the shoulder, TMZ reported.
Martinez, 46, fought back, and the struggle ended with Aubry pinned to the ground, an unidentified source told TMZ.
Aubry suffered a broken rib in the domestic dust-up, TMZ said, while Martinez may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries.
Police said only one man was taken to a hospital by authorities.Martinez reportedly went to the same hospital emergency room an hour later of his own accord.
