The driver of a tractor-trailer that hit a limousine bus with actor Tracy Morgan on board has been charged in the incident, prosecutors say, via CNN. Kevin Roper, 35, of Georgia, has been charged with death by auto and assault by auto after the crash, which killed comedian James “Jimmy Mack” McNair and left Morgan in critical condition.
